about 1 – 1.5 lbs. of salmon fillet
1/2 lemon, juice only
2 – 3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes, optional
Optional – an herb of your choice
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 375 F. Line baking pan with foil. Place salmon on foil.
Melt the butter and then stir in garlic. Set aside.
Squeeze half of a lemon onto the salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. If using sprinkle with red pepper flakes and an herb of your choice. Pour butter/garlic over salmon.
Cover salmon with another piece of foil. Seal all the sides to create a packet.
