Looking for a easy and quick dinner? Look no further! This super quick, healthy and delicious lemon garlic butter salmon will be ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • about 1 – 1.5 lbs. of salmon fillet
  • 1/2  lemon, juice only
  • 2 – 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, optional
  • Optional – an herb of your choice

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 375 F. Line baking pan with foil. Place salmon on foil.
  2. Melt the butter and then stir in garlic. Set aside.
  3. Squeeze half of a lemon onto the salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. If using sprinkle with red pepper flakes and an herb of your choice. Pour butter/garlic over salmon.
  4. Cover salmon with another piece of foil. Seal all the sides to create a packet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is done.
