Deliciously soft and chewy triple chocolate chip cookies. You won’t be able to just have one. They are that good. You will love these. Especially when they just came out of the oven. Warm, gooey, and chocolaty.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and cocoa powder. Set aside.
  2. Beat butter on low speed for 1 minute. Just until butter is soft.
  3. Add sugars. Beat on medium speed until blended.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
  5. Add flour/cocoa mixture, baking powder, cornstarch and a pinch of salt. beat on low speed until just combined. Do not over mix.
  6. Stir in chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate dough for at least 4 hours.
  8. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of dough into baking pan.
  10. Bake for 10-11 minutes. The cookies should look a little puffy. Don’t over bake the cookies. 
  11. Cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet. Then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
