I chose mango and strawberry as we’re huge fans of the combo!
Why you will love this recipe:

- Naturally sweetened
- Only need three ingredients
- Quick and easy to make
- Perfect summer frozen treat
Ingredients needed to make mango strawberry popsicles
- Strawberries
- Mango
- Honey or a Sweetener of your choice: Adding sweetener is optional. I added sweetener to the strawberries, as I wanted them to be a bit sweeter. If your strawberries are sweet, you can omit the sweetener. Use any kind of sweetener you like. I used honey.
- You will also need silicone popsicle molds, and 10 popsicle sticks. This recipe is enough to make 10 popsicles.
Making the homemade popsicles
In a food processor, puree the strawberries. Add sweetener if desired. Spoon half of the pureed strawberries into a silicone popsicle mold. Set the rest of pureed strawberries aside.
Puree the mango. Evenly spoon the pureed mango over strawberry layer.
Spoon the rest of the strawberry puree over the mango layer. Top with the silicone popsicles mold cover. Insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze until firm.
How to unmold the popsicles
There are a few ways in which you can unmold the popsicles. Let popsicles sit out at room temperature for a few minutes or run the popsicle mold under warm water for a few seconds. Then wiggle the popsicles until they release from the edges.
Tips for making the best strawberry mango popsicles
- Add the amount of sweetener to your own preference. I used honey. However, maple syrup or even sugar will work. I added sweetener only to the strawberries as I found the mangos were already sweet.
- If the strawberry puree is thick, you can add a little bit of water. Up to a 2 tbsp. You can also add cashew or coconut yogurt to make the strawberry puree more creamy.
- Use ripe strawberries and ripe mangos. This will ensure your popsicles have lots of flavor and are perfectly sweet.
- For best results freeze over night. Or at least 6 hours.
Change up the fruit
Use any kind of fruit combination you like! Add strawberry slices or other whole fruit to the mixture. To make the popsicles creamy add yogurt, almond milk or coconut milk. They’re so many ways you can make these delicious homemade popsicles!
