Chocolate ganache mini tarts is an impressive dessert that is so easy to make! These mini tarts are super chocolaty, rich and creamy. Topped with strawberries, or a topping of your choice, these chocolate ganache mini tarts will look and taste amazing.

Crust:

  • 1 2/3 cup crushed Oreos
  • 3 1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

Chocolate filling

  • 1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 3/4 tbsp. unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreos and butter in a bowl. Press into four, 4 inch tart pans. Refrigerate 15-20 minutes or until firm.
  2. In a sauce pan add heavy whipping cream. Once the heavy whipping cream is almost boiling, turn off the heat, add the chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Take the sauce pan off heat and add the butter. Stir until the butter is melted and smooth.
  3. Carefully divide the filling between the tarts. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
